Ophiopogan planiscapus 'Nigrescens'
Black grass, Lily turf. A member of the lily family rather than a grass. It has evergreen dark, almost black foliage which reaches only 10-15 cms. Best in full sun and the colour shows well against light coloured plants or gravel/pebbles.
